Do you think that enough people seek legal help for medical law issues? I tend to think that many people who have a good case do not sue, where people who have the money tend to make claims based off of greed. What do you think?

I think that's exactly right. I am pretty sure that I've had things I could sue about, but didn't. And then there are people who practically support themselves from law suits.

Sometimes people don't know their rights, or are just afraid to sue. There are a lot of people who suffer in silence, when they really don't need to.
