    Hi All,

If you have made NTU your firm choice for an undergraduate course in 2010, then you should be receiving your accommodation booking letter and booklet in the post very soon. If you have only just made us your firm choice, you may get an email instead. The letter (or email) will tell you:

    1. When the booking system opens for you to be able to book
    2. How to log on to the system
    3. Your NTU ID number

It is important you read your letter and the booklet thoroughly and keep it safe. You will not be able to book without your NTU ID number!!

What to do when you get your letter:
    1. Make a note of your NTU ID Number somewhere safe (you'll use this for your course as well)
    2. Get your NTU password (the letter tells you how)
    3. Browse the accommodation and make a short-list of your preferred choices (halls book out very quickly, so always have a few back-up choices)
    4. Arrange to have the booking fee available at the time of the booking (by credit or debit card)

    INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
If you are classed as an international student for fees purposes (even if you are currently living in the UK) then the letter and booklet will not be posted to you. However, you will recieve an email with all the same details, including your NTU ID number. Make sure you check your emails regularly, including the junk or spam folder.

If you have any questions, then read our guide, feel free to post them on the fan page and we'll try to answer them as quickly as possible, or contact our Student Accommodation Services at accommodation@ntu.ac.uk
