The Law School is located within the Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences, with over 500 students studying law courses in a variety of modes across our two campuses: Cambridge and Chelmsford. The School prides itself on providing a vibrant, stimulating, friendly and sociable environment in which to embark on a first University experience or to progress to higher level studies.

At Anglia Law School, we are proud of our reputation, staff, facilities and the high quality student experience. We welcome prospective students and encourage you to visit the Law School on one of our Open Days or to arrange a separate individual visit and tour. Staff are always happy to discuss courses, research and study opportunities in person, by telephone or email.

The Law School offers undergraduate and postgraduate level courses, in addition to a range of professional courses. MPhil and PhD research degree supervision is also offered in a range of subjects. We are one of very few universities within the UK to run an LLD professional doctorate, and now we can also offer a brand new LLM International Business Law by distance learning in conjuction with Cengage learning.

Courses are available at both Chelmsford and Cambridge. The Law School at Chelmsford has now moved to new premises on the Rivermead campus, providing us with state-of-the-art learning and teaching facilities and incorporating a mock court room.
