      Hello there,
I just recently joined the Law Student Forum and was advised by member 'Molineux' to PM you regarding a topic I'm currently reasearching: 'Should the HRA 1998 be abolished and replaced with a UK Bill of Rights?'. - Molineux said it was a favourite topic of yours / at least one that you know quite a bit about?

So far I have looked through a good few legal sources and have a moderate idea on the issues for and against such a change - but there doesn't seem to be a wealth of statute or case law available on the matter?

Do you happen to know of any good cases and/or statutes that would be appropraite for me to look at, or failing that any paricularly good soucres for finding some info myself?

Any help would be immensely apprieciated!
      Thanks in advance,
      From jddm1.
